Elevate Conversations
We work to elevate public conversations about educational inequities. For decades, access to a high-quality public school in Nashville has largely been determined by a family’s zip code. To change that reality, we must first talk about it honestly and openly.
Elect
Leaders
We recruit and train qualified candidates for public office who are committed to improving educational equity. Running a campaign is hard and takes guts, but leading effectively and staying focused on what matters is even harder. We prepare candidates to successfully do both.
Engage
Voters
We partner with others to register and educate voters, so that our electorate better reflects those most impacted by our public schools. By encouraging more parents, students, and educators to be engaged voters, we’re helping them have a greater say in who makes decisions on their behalf.
